Performance Analysis of Hybrid Radio Frequency and Free Space Optical Communication Networks with Cooperative Spectrum Sharing

This paper investigates the impact of cooperative spectrum sharing policy on performance hybrid radio frequency and free space optical wireless communication networks, where primary users secondary develop a band same resource. The links obey Nakagami-m distribution with arbitrary fading parameter m, while link follows gamma-gamma distributed atmospheric turbulence nonzero pointing error. Because access without payment, their behavior needs to be restricted. Specifically, power is dominated by tolerable threshold users. Considering both heterodyne intensity modulation/direct detection strategies in receiver, relaying networks completely different from that traditional networks. With help bivariable Fox’s H function, new expressions for cumulative function equivalent signal noise ratio at destination, probability density outage probability, ergodic capacity symbol error are built closed forms.
